I take unclear problems and turn them into systems people use.
I am a senior software engineer, and I have built software for over twelve years. The longer I do it, the clearer one thing gets: the hardest problems are rarely the technical ones.
I do not stop at the code. I take products from a rough idea through architecture, build, launch, and the number they have to move. I have done this inside large organisations like DHL and AT&T, and inside my own company.
The job is always the same. Take something complicated and unclear, and turn it into a system people actually use.
